Supporting files for a systematic review entitled "The epidemiology and clinical features of HIV and Trypanosoma cruzi (Chagas disease) co-infection: A systematic review and individual patient data analysis", published in PLOS Neglected Tropical Diseases. These include a dataset containing anonymized individual-level patient information extracted from publications included in the review, the data extraction tool produced for the review, and supporting guidance document. Individual-level patient information recorded in the dataset is non-identifiable and has been obtained using public information.
