Description

Description of data capture Two rounds of face-to-face qualitative, semi-structured interviews were conducted with selected key informants in Lucknow and two sample districts (Unnao and Sitapur). During the first round, in August 2012, 16 interviews took place and the second round, in September 2012, consisted of 13 interviews. In addition a meeting of the District Health Society in Sitapur was observed in January 2013.
