Corrected analysis pipeline, data, automated tests and outputs for "Three Dimensions of Compounding Neglect: How Biobanks, Clinical Trials, and Scientific Literature Systematically Exclude the Global South", accompanying the second revision of Nature Communications manuscript NCOMMS-26-040266-T. Version 2.0.0 corrects the GBD category mapping (37 infectious and neglected tropical disease conditions had been scored on non-communicable thresholds) and replaces bidirectional substring MeSH matching with exact matching for biobank publications and trials. All metrics, dashboard data, figures, Source Data, Supplementary Tables S1 and S2 and the reviewer sensitivity analyses (ANALYSIS/03-11-NATCOMMS-R2-SENSITIVITY) are recomputed; 46 tests are in tests/. Archive of GitHub release v2.0.0 (commit 23a88ac, https://github.com/manuelcorpas/17-EHR/releases/tag/v2.0.0) excluding the DOCX/, CONTEXT/ and PROJECTS/ folders (manuscript drafts, third-party reference documents and an unrelated prototype) and CLAUDE.md.
