Description
Whole genome assemblies of Salmonella enterica serovar Typhi assembled for the Global Typhoid Genomics Consortium paper: "Global diversity and antimicrobial resistance of typhoid fever pathogens: insights from 13,000 Salmonella Typhi genomes" (BioRxiv, 2022). Total n=13,000 genomes, each is gzipped fasta format and then grouped into tar balls based on genotype. Genomes are listed in CSV file TGC_data.csv which includes source and quality information, accessions for raw reads, and genome-derived genotype and AMR variables.
