Description of data capture | Data was captured using paper-based interviewer administered questionnaires. The study clinic team performed initial data checks on the completed volunteer consents and data collection tools and all queries generated were resolved in real time. The data entered in Microsoft Access was subject to routine checks using a set of pre-determined query checks for consistency and logic. All queries generated were returned to the clinic team and resolved. It was then transferred to Stata 14.0 (Stata Corp, College Station, TX, USA) for analysis. |
