Use of novel lab assays to examine the effect of pyrethroid-treated bed nets on blood-feeding success and longevity of highly insecticide-resistant Anopheles gambiae s.l. mosquitoes
Files associated with the paper, "Use of novel lab assays to examine the effect of pyrethroid-treated bed nets on blood-feeding success and longevity of highly insecticide-resistant Anopheles gambiae s.l. mosquitoes". It includes two datasets: the first contains data recorded for Experiment A on forced exposure in modified WHO tube assay (Dataset 1, additional file 2) and the second contains data recorded for Experiment B on variable exposure via individual feeding choice (Dataset 2, additional file 3). In addition, there are RStudio scripts produced for the statistical analysis (file 4 - table C), documentation on sample sizes in both experiments (additional file 1: Table A), and statistical analysis summaries (Additional file 5: Table B).
