The authors used Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology (STROBE) and Standards for Reporting Qualitative Research (SRQR) guidelines in writing the manuscript for the study titled "Management of microbial keratitis by private pharmacies in Uganda: a study of knowledge, attitude, and practice." The STROBE guidelines were used in writing the quantitative section of the manuscript and the SRQR guideline was used in writing the qualitative section of the manuscript.
