The barcoding mutations for speciation, geography and resistance for: "Rapid profiling of Plasmodium parasites from genome sequences to assist malaria control". This database contains the files necessary to run malaria-profiler. This includes for each species: Reference files including fasta and gff files; A list of candidate genes; A list of resistance mutations (optional) and; A barcode that can be used to predict geographic origin (optional).
