Description of data capture A review of guidelines relating to the functioning of District Health & Family Welfare Society was followed by face-to-face in-depth interviews with representatives of the District Health & Family Welfare Society in two pilot districts for the West Bengal DIPH - North 24 Parganas and South 24 Parganas. In addition, observations of meetings of the Executive Committee of the District Health & Family Welfare Society in the two study districts were recorded.
