Three tab-delimited text files that support a publication on R. leguminosarum biovar viciae strain 3841. The text files contains: all of the protein-encoding genes with Riley functional class, location, GC3s, peptide length, quartop membership, presence/absence of homologs in related species, and (where appropriate) ABC transporter classification; a key to Riley functional classes; and a list of genes that encode central metabolic pathways.
