Dataset containing material supporting a paper titled “Genomic analysis of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates from Malawi reveals acquisition of multiple ESBL determinants across diverse lineages”. The MS Excel spreadsheet lists: K. pneumoniae (KPN) isolates that were sequenced, a list of European Nucleotide Archive accession numbers for previously published Kenyan and global KPN genomes that were analysed; and recombination statistics of K. pneumoniae ST14 and ST15 (CC14) isolates from Malawi.
