A collection of database-specific code lists used to identify pharmacological and surgical androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) exposure in linked English electronic health record (EHR) data sources in men with prostate cancer. The code lists were reviewed by oncology and primary care specialists. The collection includes: (1) CPRD Aurum drug product codes for pharmacological ADT agents; (2) CPRD Gold drug product codes for pharmacological ADT agents; (3) CPRD Aurum medical codes for orchidectomy; (4) CPRD Gold medical codes for orchidectomy; (5) NCRAS drug name strings and event codes; (6) HES-APC OPCS-4 procedure codes and ICD-10 code; and (7) SACT pharmacological ADT codes.
