Supporting files for the paper, "Health facility assessment of small and sick newborn care in low- and middle-income countries: systematic tool development and operationalisation with NEST360 and UNICEF". This includes: (1) an evidence-based framework for co-design of mHealth tools and application to the NEST360 design process, (2) a list of 866 key health system ingredients for SSNC, (3) a health facility assessment mapping dataset, (4) recommended equipment for health facility assessments for SSNC, (5) NEST360/UNICEF health facility assessment content summary, (6) health facility assessment summary report template, (7) a health facility assessment full report template, and (8) local ethical approval for the complex evaluation of the implementation of a small and sick newborn care package with NEST360.
