Linelist for the 2013 (first wave) H7N9 outbreak in China, based upon public data published by World Health Organisation, FluTrackers and various news reports. This dataset was published as supplementary material to support a paper on distinguishing between reservoir exposure and human-to-human transmission for emerging pathogens using case onset data.
