Stata do-files and data to support tutorial "Sensitivity Analysis for Not-at-Random Missing Data in Trial-Based Cost-Effectiveness Analysis" (Leurent, B. et al. PharmacoEconomics (2018) 36: 889). Do-files should be similar to the code provided in the article's supplementary material. ataset based on 10 Top Tips trial, but modified to preserve confidentiality. Results will differ from those published.
