Dataset produced as part of a study to explore the incidental effect of ivermectin MDA on 5-day mortality amongst Anopheles mosquitoes. Each row refers to a mosquito within the study, containing variables on their species, capture date/time, day of censoring, and whether it was alive or dead on collection.

Description of data capture	MDA for scabies was conducted in three villages. We performed human landing catches and measured 5-day mortality amongst Anopheles mosquitoes caught before and after MDA. Cox regression was used to calculate hazard ratios (HR) for mortality between mosquitoes caught before and after MDA.
