Dataset produced as part of a study to explore the incidental effect of ivermectin MDA on 5-day mortality amongst Anopheles mosquitoes. Each row refers to a mosquito within the study, containing variables on their species, capture date/time, day of censoring, and whether it was alive or dead on collection.

Description of data capture | MDA for scabies was conducted in three villages. We performed human landing catches and measured 5-day mortality amongst Anopheles mosquitoes caught before and after MDA. Cox regression was used to calculate hazard ratios (HR) for mortality between mosquitoes caught before and after MDA. |
