These are the Stata analytical codes to conduct the case study of effect of tendon rupture associated with fluoroquinolones Please note 16_FQ-Aurum-univariable-PS-model-01-time-varying.do which contains codes to generate time-varying period covariates We recommend future causal inference studies to report 1) incidence of outcome over time by exposure group - please see do file: 15-FQ-Aurum-descriptive-01-outcome-trend.do 2) baseline characteristics before pandemic, during pandemic and post-pandemic - please see do file: 9_FQ-Aurum-baseline-01.do
