AlphaFold files relating to Plasmodium glideosome model in "GAPMs form a heterotrimeric complex bridging the gliding machinery and the cytoskeleton across Plasmodium species". This dataset contains the curated glideosome model using Plasmodium berghei sequences and the component AlphaFold results (top ranked models including data for PAE generation). In addition models including 50 x oleic acid moieties generated by AlphaFold3 are included as a response to reviewer comments, as well as model of GAP40 including a myristic and palmitic acid. Please use caution in interpreting these models, using PAE plots to guide confidence of interpretation. Files will be released on publication.
