Presentations and slides delivered at the inaugural LSHTM Open Research Awards, held on 7 July 2026 as part of the LSHTM Festival. Awards were presented to student recipients Maria Gargiulo and Rahaf Abu Koura, and to staff recipients Professor Kat Holt, representing AMRgen, and Dr Sandra Montes Olivas, representing EpiRecipes. A Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Dr Chrissy H. Roberts. In addition, the work of the CAM-Sudan Study team and Syria Research Group to support open practices in conflict environments was also recognised. The ceremony was hosted by Gareth Knight (Research Data Manager) and Professor Caroline Relton (Pro-Director for Research and Academic Development).
