This costing tool quantifies the economic and financial cost of developing and implementing MotherHeat Alert, a smartphone-based early warning system developed by the HIGH Horizons consortium. The tool adopts a provider perspective and costs include app development, field preparation (training and community sensitisation), and implementation (delivery, monitoring and oversight).
