The Every Newborn Action Plan (ENAP) and Ending Preventable Maternal Mortality (EPMM), Joint Country Implementation Tracking Tool (2022, 2023) was used to record information on 102 national health ministries as part of a study investigating institutionalising community participation in decision-making in maternal and newborn health services in low-and middle-income countries.
