Amplicon sequencing of multiplicity of infection markers and drug resistance markers in Plasmodium falciparum human blood samples and infected mosquito midgut samples. Samples were collected before treatment and at multiple timepoints during and after treatment with dihydroartemisinin-piperaquine or pyronaridine-artesunate, in Ouélessébougou, Mali, in 2019.
