The validated EFSA lifetime PBK model modified by Westerhout with 9 compartments (lung, skin, blood (arterial, venous), gut, liver, fat, kidney, filtrate and rest of the body) modified by incorporating excretion via menstrual blood and feces and extended to a lifetime framework, allowing simulations to be performed from birth while accounting for age-dependent changes in all physiological parameters.
