Methods

Description of data capture

We used structured questionnaires that were administered by trained research assistants who were nurses. The study participants consisted of pharmacy attendants working in the pharmacies and drug shops located Mbarara City. The cadres of pharmacy attendants included pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, registered nurses, and enrolled nurses.
