Data from the second round of a two-round online modified Delphi process, completed by panellists knowledgeable about cataract services from eight regions around the world. A purposive sampling technique was employed to recruit a panel of stakeholders knowledgeable about delivery strategies for cataract services. Data was made available to support the PLOS Global Public Health paper, "Cataract services for all: Strategies for equitable access from a global modified Delphi process".
