Description
This repository contains: [1] The output data and R-scripts to produce the figures of the manuscript. [2] The code building the additional WITCH modules and input data generated. The results obtained in the study can be replicated by running the additional WITCH modules and input data in combination with the open source WITCH available in the repository: https://github.com/witch-team/witchmodel
