Supporting data for a PLOS ONE paper titled "Evaluation of multi-assay algorithms for identifying individuals with recent HIV infection: HPTN 071 (PopART)". It is comprised of two anonymised datasets that contain measurements for the seroconverters group (S1 Dataset) and non-seroconverters group (S2 Dataset) enrolled in the HIV prevention trial.
