A Perl script to convert NCBI MESH (MEdical Subject Headings) into a Subjects file for EPrints. A full subjects file (2016) is also attached, as well as a toplevel headings summary. Subsets can be extracted with a trivial GREP operation. Second Perl script allows limiting of depth of subject tree generated Recent source data available at ftp://nlmpubs.nlm.nih.gov/online/mesh/.meshtrees/mtrees2016.bin
