Additional information

Data was collected at a time when data sharing was less common and participant consent for sharing was not obtained. The Human Research Ethics Committee (Medical) at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg provided approval for data sharing in December 2020, on condition that an application system is implemented. Researchers interested in the data are asked to complete a Request Form (shown on this page) and sign a Data Sharing Agreement.
