The dataset is a supplementary dataset containing information on the 1342 young people who were sampled. It is a de-identified dataset with only the variables necessary to replicate the analysis presented in Supplementary Table 1 in the paper. To preserve confidentiality, we report ages in 5-yr intervals, all dates are removed, and education has been recoded into 2 categories. A dummy identification number has been added (i.e. not the actual study ID). The dataset was constructed using information collected in the annual survey of the AHRI HDSS; the survey data and full documentation are available on the AHRI data repository.
