This dataset provides processed statistical and computational outputs supporting the study Integrated gut microbiome analyses prioritize candidate microbial processes associated with longitudinal PFAS elimination in a highly exposed human cohort. The study integrates shotgun metagenomic profiles from 65 participants in the Ronneby, Sweden cohort, including 47 historically PFAS-exposed individuals and 18 regional reference participants. Analyses combine MetaPhlAn taxonomic profiling, HUMAnN functional pathways, AGORA2-derived metabolic modelling features, statistical association testing, machine-learning prioritisation and metagenome-assembled genome (MAG) context. The deposited tables support reproducibility and interpretation of the reported taxonomic, functional and metabolic analyses. Results are primarily exploratory and do not establish a validated microbial biomarker of PFAS elimination or demonstrate microbial PFAS degradation. Original human-associated sequencing reads and restricted participant-level PFAS and clinical data are excluded. The separate MAG deposition is associated with NCBI BioProject PRJNA1522707.
