This study (105109EI10) supported the Lancet Commission on Evidence-based Implementation in Global Health (105182EPIH), and explored how implementers use evidence to bridge evidence-implementation gaps. It was a global multilingual crowdsourcing survey that collected quantitative and open-text data from 3,413 respondents in 157 countries (July 2024–June 2025). Plus in-depth interviews with 38 implementers across Africa, Asia and Latin America (Dec 2024–June 2025).
