Replication package for “Association of water, sanitation, hygiene, and animal ownership with relapse to acute malnutrition among children aged 6-59 months in Mali, South Sudan, and Somalia: a multi-site prospective cohort study". This package contains: (1) ‘mali_wash_regression’ dataset structured for Mali glm analysis, (2) ssd_wash_regression dataset for South Sudan glm analysis, (3) ‘somalia_wash_regression’ dataset for Somalia glm analysis, and (4) ‘allcountry_wash_regression’ Stata code to produce the results.
