Replication package for "Valuing an Index of Sanitation Related Quality of Life in urban Mozambique – a Discrete Choice Experiment". This package contains: (1) dce_regression.dta - dataset structured for DCE analysis in Stata format, (2) dce_regression.csv - as #1 but in csv, (3) non-dce_analysis.dta - dataset structured for descriptives analysis in Stata format, (4) non-dce_analysis.csv - as #3 but in csv, (5) dce_replication.do - Stata code to produce the results, and (6) SanQoL_DCE_Maputo_FINAL.xlsx - questionnaire in ODK style (cannot be csv as multiple sheets).
