Datasets used to analyze the ecological drivers of Rattus norvegicus positivity for Leptospira sp, and Seoul Hantavirus. banco hanta1 is the dataset used for hantavirus positivity GLMs. blepto1 is the dataset used for Leptospira sp. GLMs. The R code used for the analysis is present, but not commented.
