This prospective follow up was conducted in Eastern Ethiopia with the aim detecting adverse pregnancy outcomes to improve maternal and child health. The data contained maternal sociodemographic characteristics, maternal obstetrics and health conditions during pregnancy and child birth information as well as child related data.
