Description
A set of datasets and code used to perform Bayesian evidence synthesis, as part of an investigation of statistical methods that may be used to estimate the incidence of invasive neonatal infections caused by Group B Streptococcus bacteria using different types of epidemiological data. These files are derived from supplementary appendices of two papers: “Maternal Colonization With Group B Streptococcus and Serotype Distribution Worldwide: Systematic Review and Meta-analyses” (10.1093/cid/cix658) and “Risk of Early-Onset Neonatal Group B Streptococcal Disease With Maternal Colonization Worldwide: Systematic Review and Meta-analyses” (10.1093/cid/cix655). The files were published under a Creative Commons 4.0 Attribution License.
