Description
Datasets produced as a result of two cross-sectional surveys investigating allergy outcomes in urban and rural locations in Uganda, and a case-control study of asthma in an urban location in Uganda. There is one dataset for each study, for a total of three datasets. Each row represents one participant. Variables include data on socio-demographic characteristics, helminth infections, allergy-related outcomes, skin prick test responses and antibody measurements.
