Russia has one of the highest rates of cardiovascular disease in the world. The 'Know Your Heart' Study sought to characterise the nature and causes of cardiovascular disease in Russia by conducting large cross-sectional surveys in two Russian cities, Novosibirsk and Arkhangelsk, during 2015-2018. Variable-level metadata collected for this study are made available as part of the Know Your Heart meta-data repository.
