Cross-sectional and 5-year longitudinal data produced as part of a study to assess the effect of migration on cardiovascular risk profiles and mortality in Peru. The datasets outline sociodemographic and lifestyle variables, factors associated with isolated low HDL-c and non-isolated low HDL-c, and risk factors for mortality and composite outcome. Data has been made available as a supplement to the paper.
