Structured observations of school sanitation facilities were conducted in 2015 and 2016 as part of a cross-sectional survey of schools for the TUMIKIA trial. Household and community information was linked to school data for school-children who included in the TUMIKIA baseline household and parasitology survey and reported attending school. Data are provided as a comma separated value file with accompanying data dictionary.
