This is the repository for the KlebNNS R-Shiny app to explore the data presented in Stanton et al., 2025 which can be found in this repository. The app is hosted here: https://klebsiella.shinyapps.io/neonatal/. Or to run locally, simply clone this repository, open it in R-studio as a project, and hit the > Run app button in the top-right.
