Researchers are advised to complete the application form, indicating the data variables they wish to access and the proposed research in which they wish to use it. Applications will be reviewed by the Y-Check study management group which includes the principal investigator, data manager, statistician, and the study coordinator. Responses will be communicated within 2 weeks. If approved, the research or their host organization will be required to sign a Data Transfer Agreement prior to being provided with the data subset. Data collected from 2,097 adolescents aged 10-19 years who gave informed consent, or informed assent with parental/guardian consent, to participate in a prospective intervention study to assess the feasibility and short-term impact of an adolescent health check-up programme in selected schools and community venues in Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe between October 2022 to September 2023.
