A subset of ANC records (1,122 out of 1,724 women) were individually linked to the HDSS database. The dataset was analysed in the PLOS ONE paper “Comparison of programmatic data from antenatal clinics with population-based HIV prevalence estimates in the era of universal test and treat in western Kenya”. The study is a collaboration between the Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI) and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (ALPHA Network & MESH Network).
