It consists of two tables: (1) a "full data" table that contains individual-level information on 404 individuals who were found to be positive, either by pfmdr1 nested PCR or 18S rDNA nested PCR; and (2) a "cohort data" table that contains information on 195 individuals positive by microscopy and randomised to receive either dihydroartemisinin-piperaquine (DP) or artemether-lumefantrine (AL). Data was collected in Langkat, Batubara and South Nias Regencies by Dr Inke Nadia Lubis, as part of her PhD studies 2014-2018.
