Code for data management and analysis of wave 1 (index date 01 March 2020) COPD cohort, comparing patients using ICS/LABA vs LABA/LAMA. The main analysis includes patients using triple therapy (ICS/LABA/LAMA). 

do-files contains STATA do files for data management, including algorithms to create some of the covariates (e.g. immunosuppression, BMI, smoking). 

R-scripts contains scripts for analysis (conventional and QBA) and visualisation.
