This data collection was produced as part of a feasibility study to determine if Village Health Teams (VHTs) could be trained to use smart phone guided intervention to support older people with chronic conditions. This involved the use of smart phones to record information on residents of the Kalungu district of south-western Uganda and using it to link them to health facilities for the purpose of treatment and care. The collection consists of 20 transcribed interviews, each of which was conducted with a village health team member.
