Notes on process: 
- for this codelist there was NO Julian Matthewman Aurum "translation" of Clegg codelist (they didnt need it for psoriasis and dementia study as was the outcome)
- used snomed terms in Clegg codelist to search on "term" and identify codes 
- used read codes in Clegg codelist to search on "originalreadcode" and identify codes
- merged in JM dementia codelist from:  https://github.com/julianmatthewman/psoriasis_dementia_public/blob/main/codelists/Aurum/medcodeid/depression%20aurum%20codelist.csv (this was generated by subsetting this codelist - https://datacompass.lshtm.ac.uk/id/eprint/2803/
- merged in Uni Exeter dementia codelist from: https://github.com/Exeter-Diabetes/CPRD-Codelists/blob/main/Medcodes/Comorbidities/exeter_medcodelist_dementia.txt
- ran additional searches on "term" to identify additional codes
- realised there was a more comprehensive dementia codelist than the JM one used above (the JD&CWG codelist which he restricted -https://datacompass.lshtm.ac.uk/id/eprint/2803/) merge this in on medcodeid to pick up more codes 

Notes on inclusion/exclusion criteria: 
- included historic ("history of") codes as trying to capture frailty as a state rather than incidence of components
- excluded "family hisotry" codes
- as per Clegg codelist- aiming to capture broad dementia and memory and cognition problems - so included memory problem codes
- included even "transiet/short-term" memory problem codes 
- included referral to memory assessment services- idicative of memory problems
- included "suspected" dementia codes - idicative of memory problems
