The SASA! Together Radio Booster study is a mixed methods evaluation of a 33-episode radio drama ‘Together with Gloria’ (TWG), that was implemented alongside SASA! Together community programming in Kasese District, western Uganda. Together with Gloria was aired on three local radio stations in Kasese. The evaluation research was conducted in 18 villages in Kisinga Sub County in which SASA! Together community programming was underway, and was designed to assess the potential of the radio drama to boost both the reach and impact of the community programming. These datasets contain the results of two cross-sectional quantitative surveys of community members across the 18 study sites, a ‘baseline’ survey (n=644) conducted approximately six weeks after TWG began airing, and a follow-up survey (n=1,018) conducted approximately 33 weeks later (6 weeks after final broadcast).
